The ADF Church and Ministry Alliance will host a livestream entitled Church & Culture: Navigating Faith and Politics as a Ministry Leader on May 16, at 2 p.m. The livestream will include discussion on how leaders can help their churches navigate this election season according to their convictions and within their legal rights.
Key questions to be explored will include:
• What legal limitations and restrictions are placed on churches, ministries, and pastors when engaging in political activities?
• How can Christians ensure that their political engagement is driven by their theological convictions while maintaining their primary identity in Christ?
• How can pastors guide their congregations to engage in politics not as partisans but as ambassadors for Christ?

• Andrew Walker, associate professor of Christian Ethics and Public Theology; associate dean, School of Theology; director, Carl F.H. Henry Institute for Evangelical Engagement. He will share biblical and theological perspectives
• Don Zeil, vice president of church and ministry alliance and assistant general counsel. He will discuss legal considerations.
