WILLIAMSTOWN, Ky. — Thousands of supporters and media descended on this rural town July 7 for the ribbon cutting of a life-sized replica of Noah’s Ark. The Ark Encounter theme park opened to the public July 7.
Answers in Genesis (builders of the ark) officials estimate two million visitors will visit the ark during its first year.
