FRANKLIN — Tennessee Baptist Convention churches contributed $2,588,361 through the Cooperative Program in March.
For the year-to-date, TBC churches have contributed $14,453,152. The amount is $221,138 or 1.5 percent below the amount given over the same time frame last year.
After five months of the 2018-19 fiscal year, CP receipts are $78,152 or 0.54 percent ahead of budget needs.
“We are grateful to Tennessee Baptists for their support of missions and ministries in Tennessee, North America and around the world,” said Randy C. Davis, president and executive director of the Tennessee Baptist Mission Board.
“We are confident that our churches will continue to give sacrificially to fund our Great Commission ministries.”
