Baptist and Reflector
FRANKLIN — Tennessee Baptist Convention churches gave $2,959,090 through the Cooperative Program in March.
For the year-to-date, Tennessee Baptists have given $14,571,455 through the Cooperative Program giving channel which funds missions and ministries in Tennessee and around the nation and world.
After five months of the 2020-21 fiscal year, CP gifts are $37,710 or 0.3 percent under what was given at the same time last year. Gifts also are just $11,878 or 0.08 below budgeted needs after five months.
“I continue to be amazed at the faithful generosity of Tennessee Baptist churches,” said Randy C. Davis, president and executive director of the Tennessee Baptist Mission Board.
“Their giving through the Cooperative Program to passionately support Great Commission work in Tennessee and around the globe is making a huge difference in the eternal destiny of those that are spiritually lost.
“Thank you Tennessee Baptist churches for your sacrificial and faithful financial support,” Davis added. B&R
