  • Jerry McEntee, center, and other officials with Walbridge Construction recently gave a $10,000 gift to the TBMB as a “thank you” for the recent luncheon served to over 1,100 workers by TBMB staff and volunteers at the BlueOval City construction site. • Since its launch in 2021, hundreds have signed-up to receive a daily “Praying for C-N” e-mail with specific Carson-Newman prayer requests. These prayer warriors commit to pray each day for the University, its students and employees. For those who commit to praying daily for Carson-Newman, a brick with their name will be added to the “Prayer Walk” located in the heart of campus. These bricks serve as a reminder to the C-N campus community that they are prayed over each day. To join Carson-Newman’s prayer e-mail list and commit to praying daily for the University, visit: cn.edu/prayforcn.
  • Western District Baptist Association, based in Paris, had a team of eight people who went to San Antonio, Guatemala to do a medical missions trip.
